BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Booking are received by mail, telephone, by filling in the on-line reservation form or via e-mail.
2. From 02/08 to 23/08 just a booking for one week i.e. from saturday to saturday is accepted; reservations are free in any other period.
3. To make a reservation, a caution of 30% on the total amount must be paid by:
  • Bank transfer at Banco di Sardegna, Filiale di Bosa (NU), ABI 1015 CAB 85270 account number. 18861
  • Postal order, at Bosa Post Office, addressed to Villaggio Abbamala, Localita' Abbamala,  08013 Bosa (NU) Sardegna Italy.
4. In the reason for payment the duration of stay, the apartment type and number of people must be indicate.
5. As son as the caution is received the reservation will be confirmed by letter , fax or e-mail.
6. Except further directions, the apartment will be made available on the day of arrival at 16:00 p.m. o'clock on the day of departure.
7. Neither reimbursements nor reductions on price will be granted in case of delayed arrivals or early departure, therefore the reservation total rate is to be paid as soon as the guest takes possession of the apartment.
8. If check in is not effected within the next 24 hours of the agreed date, the apartment will be assigned to other guests and the caution will be held
9. Any further cancellation of the reservation will be reimbursed:
  • entirely if it received from the 60 days before the check in date;
  • with a 25% deduction if it is received from the 60th  to the 30th day before the check in date;
  • with a 50% deduction if it is received from the 30th  to the 15th day before the check in date;
  • no reimbursement will be granted if the cancellation is received within the span of time which is less than 15 days from the beginning of the holiday.
10. Any guest must check out within 10:00 a.m. If the agreed time is not observed, the cost for one more night will be charged.
